Position Summary
Clinical Program Manager works under the supervision of the Administrative Nurse manager to support Pain Management and Oncology operations by executing projects supporting Grady Memorial Hospital and Delaware Health Center’s strategic plan. Projects may include process and quality improvement, data management, departmental growth strategies, referral and cost initiatives including revenue optimization.
Ideal candidate will have health care operations experience with an understanding of ambulatory care. Candidate should exhibit exposure to financial responsibility to include monthly budget control and reporting, be proficient at interpreting data and creating reports. Candidate will design and manage projects around scope and will be the subject matter expert for assigned program management processes. Seeking individual who exhibits critical thinking skills, is independent and self-motivated.
Minimum Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education, Certification, Registration, LicenseBachelor's Degree
Years of Experience: 3-5 yrs or relevant operational experience
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE : Data, Process and Operations experience
Kind and Length of Experience: 3-5 years or Relevant Operational Experience
