Capital Health Care Network is seeking a Director of Quality Improvement for the Home Care and Hospice Division.

The Director of Quality Improvement is a professional, Registered Nurse responsible for the oversight of the clinical quality activities of the home care and hospice agencies. The Director of Quality Improvement has accountabilities for direction of the monitoring, implementation and evaluation of clinical quality process and programs to meet regulatory, accreditation and standards of practice for the home care and hospice division.

We are seeking a candidate with:
Registered Nurse license to practice professional nursing in this State.
Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
Three to five years clinical nursing experience. (An emphasis in home care nursing is preferred).
Excellent understanding of performance improvement, quality assurance, and utilization management.
Highly motivated and self directed. Ability to work independently with excellent critical thinking skills.
Ability to travel on a limited basis within the state of Ohio.
